Pádraig Kenny has 30 years experience of building Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
businesses. He has held senior management positions in major ICT companies, including Telecom Eireann (now eircom), At&T,
Saville and Accuris.
Pádraig has also worked as CEO of the Atlantic Technology Corridor (an organisation representing the
cluster of ICT and medical technology companies on the Western seaboard of Ireland) and as ICT expert to the European Economic
and Social Committee on the Lisbon Strategy.
He is a founding member of the Galway University Foundation, where he served as its Chairman, and was also
Chairman of the Advisory Board for the Faculty of Commerce and the Cairnes Graduate School of Business and Public Policy at
NUI Galway.

John Shorten is a science graduate of NUI Galway, with over 20 years experience in IT and software engineering.

John Shorten is a science graduate of NUI Galway, with over 20 years experience in IT and software engineering.
He has held senior IT management positions in Nortel and in the UK financial services industry.
John was one of the founders of the IT systems and services company Unisoft, and he was the chief architect of
Unisoft's principal product - a warehouse management system for logistics and manufacturing companies.
John manages Celtrak's IT infrastructure and he has special responsibility for the Information Exchange Agent
operations.

Helen McBreen is a graduate of UCD and the University of Edinburgh where she completed her PhD in Electronic Engineering.

Helen McBreen is a graduate of UCD and the University of Edinburgh where she completed her PhD in Electronic
Engineering. Helen worked as a senior research engineer in Japan before returning to Ireland in 2003 to work with Celtrak.
Today, Helen leads the sales of Celtrak's solutions in the Utilities, Waste Management and Civil Engineering
markets. Her focus is on developing professional services with large corporate clients in Ireland and Europe guiding product
innovation and engaging with the company's larger customers, evaluating their changing business needs and translating these
needs into new offerings.

Máire is a technology graduate of the University of Limerick. She was Support and Implementation
Manager in AM-BEO before joining Celtrak in 2005 and has worked as a customer support engineer for technology companies
Logica Networks, Jinny and Tango Telecom. Máire and her team manage the implementation of telemetry systems and
hardware for our customers. Her department is responsible for customer service and manages our sub-contractor relationships.

Maria is a BComm (with French) graduate of NUIG and a chartered accountant (ACA). Maria was employed by KPMG,
Celtrak's auditors, for 4 years before joining the company in 2004. In the restructuring of the Celtrak business, Maria works with
business development to identify cost reduction and revenue enhancement opportunities. Maria's guidance is particularly critical in
the design and implementation of usage-based billing and the cost reduction work Celtrak does with the mobile network providers.
